    Hi Jenny-Up-The-Hill:

    I found your site because of a comment you left over at “A Writer’s Word, An Editor’s Eye” about my YouTube video that showed the impact a fifth grade teacher made on my life.

    When I read your comment, my heart immediately went out to you about the loss of your profoundly deaf son. I almost died when I was an infant. Not only was I born one month premature but I also had the wrong kind of blood, necessiting an emergency blood transfusion. If that hadn’t happened, I wouldn’t be here.

    I know from the bottom of my heart that even though your son’s life was exceedingly short, he served a divine purpose while he was here and continues to watch over you.

    Thank you for telling the blogger who posted my YouTube video how much you enjoyed watching it. I am thankful that you saw it as uplifting and inspiring rather than a commercial for my speaking service as some people seem to think. I guess it’s all a matter of perception, isn’t it?
